COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

RoyceH (1199) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - AUG 11, 2008
Bottle from Auchan. Pale light orange with a dissipating head. Nose is slightly herby fresh hops with some malt, heavy butteryness, and some yeast. Mouth is malty with some more buttery tones, disappointing graininess. Rather sweet, with a bit of bitterness at the end. Disappointing, and weird, almost like it’s infected, but this is how it’s meant to taste.

Bart (2937) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 4, 2008
Golden blond coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a small white head. Light herby buttery aroma with a full palate. Finish is light herby bitter. Average pale lager, nothing special.

SHIG (4963) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - DEC 3, 2006
Poured a golden to reddish amber with a thin white head. The aroma was of sweet hoppy grains. The taste was a grainy sweet flavor that finished a bit bitter to the taste buds.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2007 Bottled. Clear golden, rich head. Light canteloupe aroma. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied with flavour of cereals and grain. Low bitterness. A decent lager with interesting malt character.

dark pale almost orange color, thin head, a bit grainy and some bitter, no bad smell, and no sirup taste,..one of the better pale-lager.

JorisPPattyn (10061) - BELGIUM - NOV 12, 2006
Fluffy, very lightly yellow-tinted head, over dark golden beer with a hidden copperish shine. Fleetingly vanilla, then a lot of toast. Bit of parsley aroma, too. A fleeting idea of leafy bitterness, but immediately quelched by a dull, grainy taste, dusty even. Taste as if from oxydized malt, somehow, strange. Sweet stretching to toasted and... old? (BBD is only 10/01/07...) A bit slick-sweetness, grist, but mainly light bodied. It’s not bad, but there’s so much better a border further away.
