Bouteille de 341ml, robe cuivrée, arôme très floral, goût de houblon (cascad.e) et de caramel. L’une des très bonne IPA au Qc

Aroma: Cascade hop is everywhere with it’s citrus notes and herbal accents. Appearance: Hazy dark blond with long lasting creamy head sticking well to glass. Taste: Attack is very hoppy with notes of caramel and soda biscuit. The robustness of the cascade is taking a lot of space and is very persistent giving this beer a lot of character. Ashy aftertaste is adding to strong character. An excellent IPA, strong, tough, bitter that will please IPA lovers.

Pours a clear golden brown with an off white head that dissipates quickly but leaves nice lace. Smells of sweet caramel and citrus. Taste is sweet roasted malts up front but then is very soon balanced by the great Cascade hop. Very nice single hop ipa.

Pours a clear golden brown. Aroma heavy in malts. This tastes like an old bee but no bottle date. Not good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Acquired in a trade from Canada as an extra. Enjoyed in a Portsmouth Snifter.

A - 1 finger head, faded fast. Dark orange glow and very cloudy

S - Old sort of cheesy cascade hops, cinnamon and caramel.

T - yeah, deeply faded cascade hops. Interesting base beer though but everything is covered up by rotten orange peel and funky cheese.

M - Almost 100% carbonation. Medium body. Bitter finish with an after glow of sweet brown sugar.

O - Decent single hop beer but bummer that it wasn’t fresh.

Nice IPA. Nothing really special about it. Well balanced but too light for me... Bitterness is medium but tastes good. Hops is citrus typical of cascade hops! Easily drinkable.

Bottle 341 ml. Pours orange, with medium beige head. Some lacing. Aroma: hops, honey, citrus, slight spices. Strong lasting bitterness. Oxydation at the end. Watery texture. Ok beer, but nothing outstanding.
