On tap at the bar in the Venetian, Las Vegas. Clear gold beer, creamy frothy head. Smooth palate. Smooth malt base with refreshing cutting hops. Very decent fresh smooth pilsner.
Light copper color, mildly grainy aroma, dry grainy palate, slight bitterness in the finish. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 20, 2011
On draught at the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes location. Pours a clear golden color with a medium rocky white head that burns away steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and bready malt. Light, clean mouthfeel with flavors of mildly bitter hops, hay and cracker malt. The finish is mildly hoppy and lingering. Decent overall. Draft at Sin City in Vegas. They were calling it a "Czech Pilsener" at the time, but pretty certain this isn’t a "new" seasonal. Medium gold. Aroma was of biscuity malt and some hay accented hops. Flavor was lightly cracker accented pils malts and a bitter finish, with no real discernible flavors coming through from the hops - just bitterness. Clean at least, but just not a lot of flavor. I think I might have actually preferred their Light beer in some ways.

Not sure if this is their first seasonal beer, but was told that when it’s gone they’ll replace it with an IPA, so it’s good to see they’re brewing a bit more now. This is pretty standard across the board for a pilsener. Light color and flavor, although exceptionally dry. A great seasonal beer for the hot summers of vegas, so slightly strange that I just had this on Christmas.
