Draft: clean, solid IPA. Copper color with full aroma. Plain and simple. Hoppy. Food Pairing: Pizza.

A traditional British IPA the sign says, and I’d have to agree. Not nearly as hoppy as American IPAs, it has a nice look and fine hop aroma. The flavor is pretty standard fare. Glad to see he’s finally doing seasonals.

Draught at the PH bar. Probably one of their better beers in my opinion. Definitely a British style IPA. The bitterness was not overpowering and the hops were super sweet, ruby red grapefruit tasting. Very pleasant and enjoyable, not just bitterness for the sake of bitterness. Well done.

This was the special? English IPA On tap at one of the locations in Vegas. Unsure where I was, but the brewer was there pouring taps. Orange body with an off-white head. Aroma is hay with spicy floral hops. The brewer mentioned using Willamette hops. Flavor was decent. Some grapefruit and caramel malts. Average palate.

FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 23, 2014
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2014 Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a huge creamy-soapy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was a bit faint but very sweet, tangy and malty with notes of pine, pineapple and orange. The flavor was tangy and sweet with light pine, bitter grapefruit, lemon and a hint of pineapple. The bitterness grows. The finish is long, bitter and hoppy. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

(En fût au bar de GRAND CANAL SHOPPES): Une IPA bien biscuitée avec des forts courants herbacés, un corps machable et des sucres un peu trop expressifs.

Eructoblaster (4205) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 17, 2016
On tap at the Venetian (Las Vegas, NV). Limpid amber body with a decent white foamy head. Good hoppy aroma with malty, fruity, and some woody hints. Without being complex, its sharp hoppy taste delivers the goods. It carries citrusy, malty, and woody notes. Ends with a long bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow with a bubbly white cap. Aroma is bready hops and slight malt. Taste is a dry hop bitterness with a malt backbone. I went back a few times for this one. Pretty good.

DocJitsu (1978) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2013
Pours a clear, deep golden with a clumpy, but quickly dissipating white head. Sweet citrus, a bit of grapefruit citric acid, and some vomit on the nose. Relatively thick, cottony moutfheel. A pretty well-blended IPA all in all. Pine, citrus, biscuit malt, all evenly balanced. Extraordinarily drinkable.

Tap - small foamy head, light copper color, big piney hop aroma and flavor, light bready malt backbone, not bad overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
