On a nitro tap at Sin City in the Flamingo. Pours a flat black with a medium sized tan head. Light bourbon and vanilla notes. Malty and a touch sweet, body is mostly dead due to the nitro. Finishes with a light bitterness.

Had this on tap at the Miracle Mile location a couple of years back on vacation in Las Vegas after visiting Hawaii. I really wasn’t a fan of this one. It reminded me of the flavors of Guinness but even more watered down. Strykzone (7658) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - JUL 28, 2009
A distinct pour due to the head that looks like the foam on top of a hot cocoa. Beer was almost black. Like the weiss and IPA I found this beer to be very sweet and not at all bold in flavor. It is nitrogen infused. It was very thick and creamy and even decadent. Some roasted notes and a dab of hop zing along with some chocolate. Enjoyable and a nice beer for Vegas weather and activities. Draught @ Flamingo hotel Sin City brewery. Large fin creamy good looking head. Fair display of lacework. Black color. Aroma of mild roasted malt, mild chocolate and coffee. Over the palate came again hint of cold coffee and mild roasted feel of malt. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with some counter bitterness. Roasted malty finish. Pours a dark almost black mahogany color. Smells of chocolate and roasted nuts. Taste was a bit bitter and not flavorful. Left a bad aftertaste in my opinion. I won’t be clamoring for this beer again.

Taste, caramel malts, some chocolate, light coffee and thin hoppy finish.
Not bad for a Vegas beer.

Draft - Poured a very dark black/brown in color with a thin light tan head that faded to a thin covering over the beer with some lacing. Aroma is of dark roasted malt, coffee and slight chocolate. Flavor follows pretty closely, but overall is not that strongly flavored. Just OK... dchmela (3084) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAY 2, 2009
Draft at Monte Carlo in LV. Nice reddish black pour with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee and some roasted grains. Taste is smooth and chocolaty, great body with some roasted grains. Very good stout. BOLTZ7555 (3127) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAR 29, 2009
Draft @ Planet Hollywood, LV. Quite creamy and highly drinkable stout with dark chocolate body and latte head. Significant lacing on the inside of the glass. Cocoa, caramel, and roasted coffee but very mild in all three before-mentioned attributes. This one needs to be "kicked up a notch". Tmoney99 (14964) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 11, 2009

Poured dark brown color with an average creamy light brown head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate roasted coffee and small chocolate aroma. Medium body and dry smooth texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium roasted sweet finish of moderate duration.
