COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

On tap at Sin Citys MicroBrew Bar in the Miracle Mile shops of Planet Hollywood. For a stout, it was not very robust. It seemed to be more of a light stout. It was about as "thick" as their Light offering with a dark coffee color.

On tap at Sin City in Planet Hollywood. Solid stout, I enjoyed wandering around the casino with this brew.

It’s really kind of disappointing how hard it is to get good beer in Vegas. Pours black with a thin tan head with decent retention. Aroma is roasted coffee malt. Flaovr is similar, with some additional hints of chocolate malt. Watery with a thin mouthfeel and not much in the finish. Pretty average.

Thin black color with a nice big fluffy head. Sweet malty smell that is subtle. Weak body and weak flavor but I wasnt expecting much. Strange burning metal and coffee bean flavor. Okay, I guess.

Pour is a black with a average tan head. Aroma has some roated qualities to it. Flavor is a little better. Some coffee and dark chcolate but the finish is very watery. Average at best but probably better than most anything you wil find in the way of craft beer in Vegas.

Black with an offwhite head in a plastic glass at the mall under planet hollywood used to be alladin. Nice roasted malt flavour and taste to match. Great stout in the fact is was not overly bitter with the dark grains. In other words great balance

Dark black with a fluffy tan head. Roasty malt, and chocolate smell. Creamy, yet thin body. Thin flavor of chocolatey roasty malt. Not really much bitterness or any hop presence. Alcohol is very prevalent in this one and it is quite watery. Not very good, but Ive had much worse.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2008 Tap at Sin City. Pours a nice black color. Slightly sweet roasted aromas. Reminds me a lot of a Guinness type of dry stout, just a little stronger. Pretty good.

draft- looking for more roast, dryness, thick mouthfeel in this stout, and I did not find it. Fairly one dimensional. Okay.
