Pours a cloudy amber color with an off-white head. The nose definitely has some cranberry to it and a nice tartness. A bit of sweet malt and oak, mild vanilla and vinegar as well. The flavor is strangely salty. A bit of vanilla, lots of cranberry, some oak, mild tannins, and a hint of funk. Kind of interesting. joergen (29007) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2012

Tart finish. 77ships (10844) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 30, 2012
Draft @ Borefts 2012. Reddish orange with a white head. Clear vinegar, general berries, sweeter side nose. Tad sweeter vinegar, some berries, not specifically cranberries, med. sour, would expect harsher given the nature of the fruits, bordeaux, tad murky, reasonably long blend of bitter and sour finish. Clearer body feel. Not bad but quite lacking compared to a lambic on my opinion, needs to clear out but I might be just a biased nationalist. Draft at Borefts. Once again, the full name of this beer does not fit on Ratebeer. But at least I got the contract-portion correct. Cloudy dark reddish maroon, pale pink head. Aroma of sour and dusty lemons and cranberry. Taste is sour, tangy cranberry and citrus.
