9.11.2013. Hennon paahteinen, siirappinen tuoksu. Myös lakritsia/salmiakkia. Maussa paahteisuutta tulee lisää, mutta suutuntuma on kuitenkin siirappiseen makeuteen päin. Jostain jälkimausta ehkä huomaa paahteisuuden lisäksi mainostettua vaahterasiirappia. Kuiva jälkimaku. Yves (3086) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - MAR 21, 2015
Shared with wim at wim’s place. Dark brown colored beer with small brownish head and no carbonation visible. Malty alcoholic aroma with some spicy hints. Full sparkling palate. Finish is malty sweet a bit alcoholic roasted. bytemesis (8805) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - FEB 13, 2015
Bottle thanks to Santa! Pours opaque black with a medium brown head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving nice residual and decent lacing. Aroma is strong chocolate, roasty, some coffee, a bit of molasses and anise. Flavor follows, rich and creamy, medium sweet and light bitter, lots of chocolate, anise and molasses, hints of smoke. Fullish body, nice soft mouthfeel. Excellent. Mariusz (12071) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2015
Many thanks for this bottle to Rosenbergh. Almost black color. Roast, chocolate, coffe aroma. Good balanced taste of chocolate, roast malt and coffee with medium bitter finish and alcohol warmth in the end.

This might be somewhat skewed as I thoroughly like this product.
Pours dark brown, almost opaque. Low thick, and brown head reminiscent of chocolate stouts.
Syrupy mouthfeel, malty, sweet with notes of liquorice. Surprisingly less complex than the standard Koff porter. Definitely an easy dessert beer. Herbal aftertaste with lingering hops.
Interesting and modern Baltic porter. Very nice. tlind2 (1755) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 18, 2014
Bottle @ Syystober, 2013. Black color, tan head. Milk chocolate aroma. Full dark chocolate flavor with restrained coffee notes and oak. Full body, medium carbonation. Nice, surprisingly easy-going for the style.
