Smell of chocolate, coffee. Black colour, dark brown high head. Aroma of tar, ash, sugar, licorice, pepper. Sweet, medium bitter. Heavy body, oily texture. Flat carbon. Excellent. Erzengel (8626) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - OCT 25, 2014
The beer starts intense malty. Viscous. Great. Molasses with a nice fitting bitterness and roasted malt. Dry and still fruity. For the 7.2% highly drinkable. The aftertaste is intense malty, fresh red fruits together with a dry and roasted malty body. Not too bitter. Smooth and great! BeerBaboon (2083) - FINLAND - SEP 7, 2013

oikein mainio suomalainen. Pehmeä väri, hyvä suutuntuma ja erittäin miellyttävä tuoksu. Erittäin rasvaista kamaa.

A black beer with beautiful, creamy, medium and brown head. The nose is strongly roasted, lactose tartness, coffee and some pleasant, balancing fruitfull sweetness. Taste is powerfull and strongly roasted, black coffee, some sweetness, hint of fruits. Medium bitterness that is slightly herbal. Almost full bodied, quite smooth and pleasant to drink. Powerfull and enjoyable, smooth beer, lots of roastiness with balancing sweet fruits. Smoother and easier than the original Koff Porter. kalervo (1041) - FINLAND - DEC 25, 2013
Very good porter, does not make as big difference compared to regular Koff Porter as I thought it would. Beerheart65 (1503) - Pori, FINLAND - SEP 8, 2013
Deep dark brown / black, brown creamy head and bit lacing. Sweet and roasted aroma has coffee, licorice, ripe dark fruits, suryp, bit medical herbs. Medium body, oily feel, sweet and bitter with deep roasting, bitter and tasty roasted finish. Reminds me of koff porter but not that oily and roasted, on the other hand not that tasty either. Still a good one. Marstonlad (878) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 16, 2013
Pours black with a quite big brownish white head. Aroma of strong roasted maltiness with rye bread, rye pudding and licorice. Taste is dryish, very roasty with rye pudding featuring along with some dark chocolate. Maltiness is very rich, only a little hoppiness can be noticed in the long finish. Medium to full bodied, very smooth, slightly sticky palate. Delicious beer but very, very similar with the original Sinebrychoff Porter, couldn’t tell them apart if tasted blindly. Wouldn’t categorize this to spice/herb/vegetable style, definitely tastes like (baltic) porter. kustie (1157) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 10, 2014
Läpinäkymättömän tumma, pitsinen kaunis vaahto. Tuoksussa karamellia, paahteisuutta, makeutta. Maku makea, mutta samalla hapan. Jälkimaussa kahvia, suklaata, paahteista mallasta. Monipuolinen ja tasapainoinen nautiskeluolut.
