Can from Tbone, thanks! Golden color. Floral, slightly perfumed aroma. Floral, soft hopbitter flavor with some melon notes. Thinnish. Not unpleasant. wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 10, 2010
UPDATED: MAY 15, 2010 Pale gold hue, brilliant clarity, tight and frothy white head. Bready, almost toasty, malts are set lightly against frail, spicy hops with churning sulfuric undercurrent reminiscent of cabbage. Balance falls on the sweet side in this mild beer; a carbonic bite does the real work to fend off the malts. Vegetal astringency lends to the cabbage impression; brisk carbonation on a light body with an almost silky texture. progressive (74) - Vantaa, FINLAND - APR 27, 2010
Aroma, flavor and mouthfeel faults hamper an already anemic offering. With twice the bitterness, this might have been interesting. 50 cl can, bbe 25.03.2011.
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2010 Spruce. Then quite "normal" beer, but not bad. Then again the spruce hop - and it’s even nice to burb because of the "spruce"! [0,5 l Can] Lalli (243) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 10, 2010
0,5 l can. Deep golden color, medium head. There is actual hop in the nose, which is a bit of a rarity coming from this brewery. Also, the body feels more malty than the plain lager. This is actually pretty good, almost the way a pale lager should be. MikeKeller (956) - Kemi, FINLAND - APR 8, 2010
Canned. Typical lager colour and white head. Aroma is bready and a tad hoppy even. Not so malty taste and a bit strange hoppyness which leaves long aftertaste. Quite fresh when cold but not good when warmed up. Wouldn’t put my money on this anymore.

Pint can. Golden color, frothy white head. Slightly herbal hop aroma. Malty flavor with actual hoppy notes, wow. Medium-light body, medium-light carbonation. It’s a step in the right direction for Sinebrychoff, definitely better than their basic mass-market stuff. Very drinkable, if watery. I’m willing to give it a good review, because it’s one of the better pale lagers I’ve run across recently. esox (1226) - Oulu, FINLAND - APR 1, 2010
Can. Clear, golden beer. Diminishing white head. Surprisingly hoppy, even spicy on the nose. Bland aroma has hoppy undertone while sweetish-grainy maltiness is more prominent. Starchy, papery finsih with grains and long lasting and a bit hars bitterness. Light bodied, watery finsih. Somewhat carbonated and sharp mouthfeel. No way balanced or very pleasant, but it certainly has more hops than the basic version. An all grain version, lacking the starchy unfreshness, could do much better. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 29, 2010
Canned (from KCM Kivihaka, Vaasa). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, starch, some mild strange wooden notes as well as bready malts and rotten vegetables. Flavour is grains, rotten vegetables, some bready malts, earth and quite grassy. liinis (1791) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 24, 2010
ihan ok. mukavaa, että isotkin panimot yrittävät vähän maustaa bulkkibissejään. TBone (18228) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 24, 2010
Pint can (BB 03/2011)
Deep golden color, small white head, some lace. Grassy, harsh, a bit ryeish hoppy aroma with sweet malty and rubbery hints. Flavor is similar. Light to average palate has harsh, grassy hoppyness. Also some sweet malty notes. Otherwise quite watery overall. Unbalanced bulk lager with a fancy name.
