If ever there was a crisp beer for spicy asian food then this is it. By itself it may seem like another beer, but with a good Thai meal, the subtle flavors come alive. Light and golden, this is a beer made for hot food and in its own way, it is a classic!

Yellow-brass coloured beer with an airy white head on top. Aroma is dry-malty with some sweetness on the edges but there are also some accents of hops. Taste is IMO not OK, It smells not clean and there is a slight souryness in the taste.

Bottled. Fine golden colour. A rather sweet beer with nothing to it, I wonder why they bother shipping this around the world. And why is this classified as a PREMIUM lager?

The 11.2 ounce bottle poured a sparkling clear light golden beverage with a small fizzy white head that was almost entirely diminishing and left no lacing on the glass. The aroma was pretty typical of this type of beer - malty with a light hint of citrus in the background. The body was medium-light with lively carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor started out slightly on the bitter side. The finish was rather short with an odd dry tartness to it.

Can. Had this on the hotel room and unfortunately warmed to room temperature. It didnt taste bad despite this, it didnt taste anything :-( A very pale lager with white head. Maybe the bottles are better after looking the reviews below but the caned beer is quite pointless. Drink water instead.

Clear medium golden pour under a small white head with very little lacing. Mildly lemony aroma with a hint of hops. Traditional pale lager (bland) flavor profile but at least this one has some added depth with the addition of lemon zest and more malt presence than expected. Thin texture but not particularly watered down and a reasonably crisp finish. As pale lagers go, this isnt so bad.

Bottle. Straw colour. Thin short lasting head. Malty aroma with with some citrus-like touch. Nice sweet maltiness with some bitter ness in the flavour. Short aftertaste.

Bottle. Wow, this is so much better with a steaming bowl of gut-rippingly peppered soup in front of me. So much better. Clear yellow fizz column with a little happy dance of white mousse atop. Nothing fancy. Dust and a bit of hay in the nose--kind of inoffensive, really. Slightly creamy body for a sip, but that turns to watery and nothing much after that first sip. Virtually flavorless. At least it doesn;t taste bad.
