Large bottle at Tippy Thai, Glen Ellyn, IL. Lager aroma with a little cardboard. Clear gold with lots of bubbles, white head. No real lace. Good bite for an international lager. One of the better ones, actually. Served a little too cold. Good, peppery lager. Should be considerably higher in the style percentiles jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAY 7, 2007
ACBeerfest-12oz bottle-pours a white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet grain, citrus-lemon. Taste is dry sweet grain, citrus-lemon, light hops. OK carbonation. Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 3, 2007
Bottled 33cl. Pours a golden beer with a quick diminshing head. Malty aromas. Biscuitty pale malt flavours. Grassy, fairly sweet, grainy. Not a huge amount of strong hop characters like indicated on the commercial description. Not very interesting. Quite watery. Alcohol presence in the finish. I still think it’ s a pretty good lager. Bottle. Brilliant pale golden. Thin white head. Weak aroma; a little malt sweetness and some whiffs of alcohol. Taste is clean and quite well balanced. Good body for the style. Crisp mouthfeel. Average plus. MontereyJimbo (79) - Monterey, California, USA - APR 30, 2007
Another surprisingly refreshing pale lager from a place far from such beer’s origins. Has an excellent balance of hops to malt, pleasant fresh nose and hoppy aftertaste. This is another very good pale lager, but then again that is my favorite type of beer. The more lager I drink the less I like ales, except for kristall and hefe weizenbeers.

A biased rating because I consumed this bottle immediately after mowing the lawn. Thus it tasted quite good. Golden colour with a white head. Yeasty aroma. Sharp metallic taste, refreshing and bitter. yeeowww (2) - USA - APR 3, 2007 does not count

Can (330ml). Now we are having BBQ in Sihanoukville - a big piece of red meat. Clear yellow - white head. Corn, sweetness, light alcoholic, some grassy notes, light light pepper. hogan873 (451) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - MAR 24, 2007
I’ve tried this beer on several occasions at the spectacular Thai Room restaurant in Kill Devil Hills, NC. I always thought it was a good complement to the spicy food. I recently tried one by itself and found that it really does go better with the food. Pours a pale amber with a thin white head. Lots of hops in the aroma. Taste is okay with some grassy sweetness. A decent beer to go with spicy food...that’s about it. ekstedt (7007) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 23, 2007
Bottle. Pale clear golden, medium white head. Grainy malts, slighlty acidic, with a touch of green apples and some faint hops. Quite smooth for a pale lager. Nice balance between malt sweetness with a touch of alcohol , and a decent bitterness.
