COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Considering not only that we’re the first operating micro-brewey in Queens since Prohibition, but that our address also signifies the year Prohibition ended, what else could we call our flagship Lagrrr?

mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 9, 2017
Pours a very clear golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of noble grassiness with a light fruitiness. Taste is moderate bitter and fairly dry but it could certainly be crisper. Body and carbonation are moderate and it’s pretty quaffable. Overall a nice craft pils, I need to drink more of those!

czar (9412) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 5, 2017
on tap at tip tap room, boston. unclear bright gold pour with a thick creamy white head offering good retention and lacing. dusty grapey pilsner malts, pear fruitiness, faintly caramelized cereals thankfully, spicy and grassy noble hops, soap traces, otherwise clean lagering action. moderate carbonation, light body - oily; smooth and balanced spicy-herbal finish. more than decent modern pils.

Pours bright gold into a pilsner. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to hug rim. Cracked malt and sweet marshmallow aromas. Dry and crisp with sweet malt and mild bitter earth.

Pours a clear gold with medium white head and plenty of soapy lacing. Aroma and flavor of toast, pils yeast, crisp grain, lemon, and earthy malt. Medium to fuller bodied for the style. Decent

Tap at the source. Pours pale yellow, white head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, crisp feeling. Flavor is lemon, crisp lager, bitter lemon rind, soft but dry. Ok. It’s a pilsner. A good one, but not for me.

Very tasty and enjoyable beer and my only knock is the hazy, IPA like color. It just flies in the face of what a lager is. The haze is probably from dry hops so I don't worry about it too much because the beer is good to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
