Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brown sugar - bock sweet, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet caramel, brown sugar, caramelized brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Dark brown bock with off white head. Aroma of sweet spices. Taste is spicy caramel malts, hint of sourness. Average bock. erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - OCT 20, 2012
FLowing brown body and frothy beige head of small bubbles. Brown bread, some smoke, vegetables, tobacco and grains. Very decent. Taste disappoints though, being more flat than expected. Still a nice spicy malt base. Lively carbonation to mask the somewhat sticky sweetness. A decent bock, better than expected. Bottle @ Really Late Ulfborg Summer Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a small off white head. Berries, dust and grain. Vomit. ads135 (5234) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - NOV 11, 2011
This beer is distractingly sour. Interestingly, it smells faintly of cucumber. Caramel coloration and a decent head. maupie (1119) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - NOV 27, 2010
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a flakky thick redbrown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a light spicy touch . This beer smells brandy.

Slightly sweet with a long aftertaste that’s evolving as well. First spelt bok beer I have ever tasted, made with local spelt and hops.
