Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, molasses, chocolate, moderate roasted, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate, yeast, tobacco, heavy malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball (also at Jackie O-s) from notes. Pours a dark cola brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have some roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, with sweet malts, dark fruits, caramel, not your traditional quad, solid. Reddish brown 1 finger dark head. nose is like a blackberry wheat aroma. fruity with a malty finish and chocolate. tart and fudgey cookie finish.

opaque deep loamy brown with tan lacing. Rich, fruity fermented grape cognac notes on nose, musavado sugar and a touch of lemon peel. Spritzy carbonation, fruity, sweet, treacle, warming, touch of cocoa at the back, honey. Nicely mellowed and rounded. Rich but balanced at once subtle and complex.
