Our flagship IPA brimming with Aussie hops.
We have taken the base of our regular IPA Sound wave, and carefully chosen an Australian hop to replace each US hop used. Ella, Summer, Galaxy & Vic Secret all sing to a different tune and the effect is stunning, producing a very different beer. Sound Wave Aussie is more citrus than tropical fruit and has a more pronounced resinous finish. a more bitter tribute to our friends down under and their sporting success in the UK this year.

330ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. In short: a quite bitter fruity and resinous IPA. Pours hazy dark gold, with frothy off white head. Good head retention and lacing. Fruity, some citrus and peachy aromas, some caramel. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite bitter, some dry, fruity notes, some pine and citrusy ones.Well balanced. Really bitter and then dry aftertaste. Quite enjoyable. Nice one.

Bottle from Ølbutikken. Strong aroma of black currant, very bitter after taste. Lots of citrus notes. Unusual ipa!

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail

Pours dark murky orange with a small head. Aroma of exotic fruity hops, juicy notes, malts and caramel. Taste is juicy hoppy, exotic fruity and caramely with sweetish notes. Finish is juicy and fruity with some caramely maltiness and bitter hoppiness. Quite juicy APA.

Bottle from Beermerchants. Pours very hazy golden with a big creamy off-white head. Aroma is strong hoppy, fruity and minty. Taste is light sweet malt initially, overpowered by strong bittering and tasty hops, tropical fruits and herbal minty stuff playing around. Dry nice finish.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a tulip. Hazy, bordering muddy amber colour with a small, white head. Aroma with citrus hops, grapefruits, peaches and sweet exotic fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with fruits. Nice one, besides the appearance.

Besk o besk o lite pepprig.

Habanero (4908) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2014
Bottled. Pours hazy and deep golden with an avarage white, lacing head. Aroma of citrus, citrus peel, pineapple, piney notes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and pleasant bitter. Medium bodied, oily text. and soft carb. A very nice and fresh APA.

Keg at Cotteridge Wines, Brum. An IPA RAMMED FULL OF FLAVOUR. Tropical flavour at that. Super balanced, smooth etc. packed with taste to the root of the tongued. Significantly excellent.

JohnRMurdoch (5142) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JAN 4, 2014
330ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. Medium muddy brown, not much head. Strong citrus pine hop aroma. Flowery hoppy pine flavour. A bit flat. Like a Kernel IPA but no fizz, more intense but less well balanced.
