Our flagship IPA brimming with Aussie hops.
We have taken the base of our regular IPA Sound wave, and carefully chosen an Australian hop to replace each US hop used. Ella, Summer, Galaxy & Vic Secret all sing to a different tune and the effect is stunning, producing a very different beer. Sound Wave Aussie is more citrus than tropical fruit and has a more pronounced resinous finish. a more bitter tribute to our friends down under and their sporting success in the UK this year.

Keg at Cotteridge Wines, Brum. An IPA RAMMED FULL OF FLAVOUR. Tropical flavour at that. Super balanced, smooth etc. packed with taste to the root of the tongued. Significantly excellent.

Pours murky tan Brown with rich peaches and passion fruit on the nose. Fairly pithy dry bittrrness, kumquat and passion fruit peel with a quinine like bitter finish.

Bottle at home in London. Pours murky gold with a creamy, white head. Loads of dank hops in the nose, pine, pithy citrus, grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with lots of rich, bitter citrus rind, some dirty pine, juicy orange, melon and grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly resinous to finish with some further dank and dirty pine, mild earth, grapefruit, lemon rind, light pale bread. Pretty impressive flavors packed into the beer given the relatively tame ABV. Solid.

Pours dark orange, cloudy, thick and oily. Looks promising! Very fruity and pungent, tropical, and tart, with a really interesting herbal characteristic that is quite unique. Bitter underbelly kicks in early. It's full on, big, but without the thoughtlessness of some other massively hopped new ales. Balanced. Noice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask @ CPK. Deep slightly hazy gold with a creamy white head. Definitely an attractive pour. Big, ballsy nose. Aggressive tropical undergrowth. Dank biomass. Citrusy hoppiness. Similar flavors. Big skunky hoppiness. Mild white bread. Some spruce. Dirty bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, great.

Butelka 33cl.

330ml bottle. Pours a murky brown with a thin head. Aroma is really juicy, papaya, passionfruit and lychee. Taste has papaya to start. Strong bitter papaya and passionfruit finish. Lack of condition lets this down.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2014 Tap at Bristol Beer Emporium. Pours a little murky. Gold body with small creamy head. Nose is dank hops, bursts of tropical fruit - passion fruit, pineapple. Nice balance achieved between sweet juicy fruit and pithy bitterness. Tropical fruits enveloped by pithy bitterness. Continually builds, some resin and pine in the finish. Decent carbonation providing a medium body. Well balanced, bitter beer.
