Bottle @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, wood, light woody sour and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet, rather bitter and light acidic. Dry, rather bitter and light acidic finish with a little warming alcohol. I don’t know whether the wild touch was on purpose or not, but it worked well. 190815 Theydon_Bois (19490) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JAN 27, 2014
