Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent light beige covering.
Nose is bitter citric peel, brett infuse, must, funk, earthy, bitter grapes, dank wood.
Taste comprises musty grapes, grandads shed, light manure, dank straw, dirt, apple core.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a nice lick’o’brett.

Keg at Beavertown. It pours lightly hazy gold with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is funky, big brett character, wine must, vinous, braeburn apple, juicy, wood, stewed orange and barnyard. The taste is bitter, woody, brett, vinous, barnyard, drying, funk, mild acidity, damp leaves, tangerine and grapefruit with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Keg at Beavertown tap room, London. It pours a clean rich golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma is funky with notes of wine barrel, hay, grapefruit, yeast, barnyard. Taste is medium sweet with notes of funk, citrus, white wine, hay. Finish is grainy, unexciting and long. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. UPDATED: MAY 8, 2016 Keg at the Beavertown taproom. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has some brett funk, ripe berries, faint honey and caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with some toasted cereal, bread, ripe orange, faint hay. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with moderate bready sweetness, faint pine needles, brett, berries. Fair. (November 2014, score: 3.5)
Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Red Session. Pours clear gold with a fine, white creamy topping. The nose holds cereal, sweat, light funk, bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with faint lemon, sugary cereal. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat crisp on the finish, with faint stinging sweat, light citrus, cereal and biscuits. Perhaps a little young. So so. (May 2014, score: 3.3)
