Pours hazy golden-yellow color with a small head. Very fruity aroma with apricot and orange, maybe some peachy notes, also some mango and passion fruit, resinous hops, some pine needles and very faint strawberry sweetness. Flavor is sweet tropical fruity with passion fruit and mango, orange notes, bitter hops of the resinous kind, kind of tacky sweet mouthfeel with some caramel and apricot. A bit heavy and slightly sweet, alcohol moderately present, quite tasty still.
Cloudy orange, just enough white head to leave a thin trace of lacing. Big marmalade aroma. Medium to full body. Boozy, toffee, grapefruit, resinous. AssKicker (773) - Strasbourg, FRANCE - OCT 21, 2016
330ml bottle from Beermerchants. BBE 29.06.17. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma of caramely malts, toffee, pine, resin, citrus, grapefruit and ripe-ish tropical fruits. Taste is sweetish, heavily malty and caramely with some pine, resin, grapefruit, tropical notes, citrus, grass and toffee. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely with some warming alcohol, piney hops, grapefruit, citrus, resin and toffee. Heavy and sweet, feels more like a hoppy barley wine. anders37 (28123) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 20, 2016
