Cask & Bottle conditioned and keg unpasteurised; Regular
A 4.5% pale ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Undercurrent is part pale, part oats and part caramel barley. Her swirls of bold, bready and nutty malt whirl into a concoction of spicy, citrus, floral hops. Mystery lurks in those cascade and palisade hops. Her silky, creamy body will pull you under.

Pours rather clear amber, good White head. Smell is bit sweet ( Malt ) hopped. Taste is bitter, rather Sharp, Rich fruityness ( oranges up front ) bit tropical as well. Perhaps a bit too the thin side , high carbo isnt helping there. would be better if more smooth.

Fresh bottle. Aroma of orange peel, grapefruit, mild breadiness, pine. Pours out a hazy amber orange with a half finger white head. Taste is typical west coast pale ale. Good kick of bitterness, clean malt bill, fair amounts of orange, grapefruit, pine and breadiness. Medium to light bodied, average to soft carbonation, pretty slick, drying bitter finish. Enjoyable pale ale.
