Keg @ Sisyphus. Slightly hazy Amber pour with a bubbly white head. Nose is dominated by tropical citrus fruit. Some dank greenery. Underarm. Flavor is pretty bitter. Grapefruit pith. Sort of chalky. Lightly slick. Relatively light and easy drinking. Solid hop juice. commonshawn (1326) - Minnesota, USA - APR 15, 2016
Tap at brewery with commonmac. Rated with a cold. 13oz pour. Hazy gold with thick white head and good lacing. Strong citrus hop nose. Taste is nice funky citrus hop. A good but not overpowering bite. Medium, small, light body. Very drinkable and very good. Might be one of my favorites from these guys. commonmac (1340) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 15, 2016
UPDATED: APR 15, 2016 On tap at the source with commonshawn. Snifter glass pour. Very visually appealing with a hazy, cloudy orange and golden color. Almost a full finger head. Kind of off white. Strong lacing. Nose is a little soapy with almost a spice characteristic. Also carrying the citrus and pine notes you expect from an IPA of a traditional variety. Taste is more resin and pine than citrus or tropical fruit. Healthy amount of bitterness towards the end but in general it?s working with a nice, sticky and syrupy mouthfeel. Pine notes are dominant but it does seem to have a decent malt balance. One of the better beers I?ve had from this brewery. Really should be called The First Beer I?ve Liked (from Sisyphus). Tap at Sisyphus. Pours a nice clear gold, some thin white head. Aroma is citrus up front, slight onion to it. Smells more mosaic than citra. Taste is similar to aroma but even more pronounced onion. Big fan of that but surprised this is an all citra IPA. deyholla (12316) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 3, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a a clear gold with an orange hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a surprisingly strong onion note with earthy citrus and a bit of light grain. Flavor also has a good amount of onion with earthy citrus and a touch of sweet grain.

From a 25.3oz mega-can, 3 days old. Pours amber gold with thin, lasting beige head and good lacing. Aroma is dank and spicy with citrus, lime and brown sugar malts. Taste is quite a bit of malt sweetness to start, then a glimpse of fruity Citra in the middle. Soon after, the grains emerge victorious as they merge with the hop bitterness. The malts bring spiciness and the palate becomes slick and sticky. Stine (1799) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 25, 2015
Well-hazed amber orange. Citra juices in the aroma, distinctive and crisp. Lime zest, tangerine, pineapple. Malt sugars are evident in fresh baked cookies, and minor lemon verbena notes. The flavor unfortunately is sugar washed, caramel, powdered sugar, gummy bears; the aggressive fruit forward citra character is rendered as a pixie dust shadow of itself. Slick and sticky palate. Big, bold example, with potential to be excellent if the sugars were tempered and the mouthfeel cleaner. BVery (11364) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - OCT 24, 2015
Tap at Sisyphus. Clear rich orange pour with a smaller white head. Awesome citrus / pineapple / orange aroma. Similar taste. Slightly dry finish. Excellent. nsquishee (641) - Richfield, Minnesota, USA - SEP 9, 2015
One of the best beers from Sisyphus. Delicious citra flavor and aroma. A very awesome IPA! ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - SEP 3, 2015
