Clear bright yellow beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very rural, malty, grains, sweet, cow fodder. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very hoppy, grassy, bitter, mouth puckering bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, grassy, hoppy finish.
Bottle at home. Clear golden. Nose is herbal, sweet lemon, spicy yeast. Taste is quite light, herbal, floral, followed by bitter herbal and yeasty finish. Decent, good, taste could have some more body. Travlr (25876) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2017

Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. Pours light hazy. Pale straw gold colour with off-white head. Aromas of dry spice, raspberry and blackberries and a light, sweet tangerine zest. Flavours of dry straw, pepper and a light lime zest. Light and dry body with moderate carbonation. A spicy Belgian-style beer that ended lighter and more refreshing than I expected it would. There’s plenty going on here and it impressed me. JohnRMurdoch (5007) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JAN 6, 2017

Level 42 bottleshare, Santa is flying past below! Thanks to Wingman. Hazy yellowish gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Mild bitterness contrast with sweet floralness. A little tangy citrus. Airy semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Fine.
Bottle at level 42, big thanks to Dave. It pours lightly hazy very pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready maltage, lemon parfait, grass, straw and earth. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, straw, peppery spice, lemon peel, light alcohol, hay and pale bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, clean and well-rounded. Nice Belgian ale.
