zacgillbanks (5726) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - FEB 12, 2018
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy pale straw coloured with a large white rocky head of foam. It has a spicy lemon and herbal fruity flavour with sharp, tart, warming floral fruit on the very dry, smooth finish. Very good, Saison-esque.

Bottle. Wine Rack, Sheffield. 2017 version. Funny how some beers with a different recipe to predecessors get aliased, and some get new entries, depending on who it suits? Pours a slightly dull looking, gold colour. Slimmest of dirty white head, that nevertheless sticks to the glass. Nose has, yep, fresh green hop. Wet and leafy, spicy, grassy, old world it is. Hint of Belgian shizzle. Bit of baked apple on top. Taste is baked apple sweet, for a moment, before getting fairly intense, hop oil, leafy bitter. Medium body. Low carbonation. Long, green hop bitterness to finish.

jamestulloch (4463) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 10, 2017
Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of farmyard, earth, sea salt and blackcurrant. Flavour of pear, salted bread and grape skin. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A tasty beer with a nice savoury edge.

Hier heb ik niet veel goeds over te melden. Middelmaat met hop als smokescreen.

3/III/17 - on tap @ ACBF (Vichte) - BB: n/a (2017-348) Thanks to all ratebeerians for sharing today’s beers!

Clear bright yellow beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very rural, malty, grains, sweet, cow fodder. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very hoppy, grassy, bitter, mouth puckering bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, grassy, hoppy finish.

nihtila (4043) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 23, 2017
Bottle at home. Clear golden. Nose is herbal, sweet lemon, spicy yeast. Taste is quite light, herbal, floral, followed by bitter herbal and yeasty finish. Decent, good, taste could have some more body.

Travlr (26938) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2017
Sample at ACBF 2017. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of lemon and light melon. Taste is lightly fruity. Decent.

ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled draft. Pale clear golden, soapy white head. Nose is green BE soap, esters, low vegetable. Taste is soap, industrial, chemical green vegetable, BE esters,... This is a Belgian Ale alright sadly in a poor way. Body is thin, soap, green.

3.4
rodsquad (404) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - MAR 4, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. Pours light hazy. Pale straw gold colour with off-white head. Aromas of dry spice, raspberry and blackberries and a light, sweet tangerine zest. Flavours of dry straw, pepper and a light lime zest. Light and dry body with moderate carbonation. A spicy Belgian-style beer that ended lighter and more refreshing than I expected it would. There’s plenty going on here and it impressed me. [2017 version Rating - 21-Dec-17] Tap from 6dN Aberdeen. Pours clear orange gold with a fuffy white head. A dry spice and clean fresh citrus character. Crisp and fresh aromatics with a dry bittering moreish edge.
