651mL thanks to beerandblues2. Deep, clear, super deep red pour with a mild beige head. Soapy retention. Nose is super green, vegetal, spicy chili pepper, sweet toffee, Marmite/Vegemite. Taste is watery, tangy, big lemon tea, mild spicy pepper. Mouthfeel is powdery and thin. Tangy, savory tea character. Odd.

Bomber. Pours nice with a full head, and very dark brown. Coffee in the nose for sure when taking a drink. This to me is a very good fusion of a porter and coffee. Goddamn this ish was great! I love me a good coffee porter, and while this wasn’t totally blowing my mind away or anything, it sit pleasantly in that "we just made a really good beer that fits the style we went for" catagory. Roasty malts and burnt coffee on the nose. Nice black pour, tanned frothy head. Smooth flavor, but definitely hitting you with nice bitter coffee tannins, while mixing burnt chocolate hints in there as well. Mochay you could say. Really like this brew. Tones of coffee flavor that punches you right in the tongue. I really like the consistency and the fine toasted flavor.

Dark opaque hue, decent head formation. Big smokey aroma, strong "black" coffee, with some fruit vinous tones too. Dark roasted black coffee dominates the flavor too with just a touch of vanilla creaminess. Good robust flavor with the mild body and drinkability of a porter. had as Paradise Moon .. . brown .. low foam, some spots if lacing .. . very low on the aroma scale .. some light coffee and a touch of vanilla, bark also .. . a rather weak coffee beer but feels sessionable if nothing else . . .. Poured into an English pint glass. Color is dark brown with a thin beige head. Aroma is sweet malt, coffee, and chocolate with some light roastiness - smells like a mocha. Flavor is pretty run of the mill porter with roasted malts, and coffee notes. There is a nice roasted / bittersweet finish from the coffee. Mouthfeel is thin. This is a decent porter, but I would expect bigger, bolder flavors from a coffee porter. Not bad by any means, just not outstanding.
