Bottle at GABF. Pours a hazy ruby brown with medium off white creamy head. The aroma is berry, funk, oak, bready malt. Medium body, jammy berry, oak, light booze finish, good. hopdog (12953) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2016
Bomber bottle. Had high hopes going into this ... I love Lambics and I love raspberries. This one was all raspberry extract and just sweet. If I knew this was just a sweet raspberry fruit beer going into this, I would have rated it higher, but I was disappointed. Plus the brewer left a comment on my UNTAPPD check in ’We know we’re not in Belgium, bro.’ - well bro, then don’t say this is a Lambic on your label ... bergstaden (3161) - Røros, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2015
Reddish color with a small white head - Raspberry aroma - malt body with raspberries that gives a light berry flavour,- Sweet finiah with berry - This way no lambic, just a sweet berry beer, as a beer in itself it was nice enough JK (6254) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - NOV 22, 2014
GABF 2014. i appreciate that they call it lambic style.Very sweet with sugar and some berry flavor; with sweet malt in the aroma as well. Nothing like lambic at all; no sourness; no prominent yeast quality. Solid fruit beer anyway. slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 30, 2014
"crimson, pink tinged. nice looking beer. doesn’t really exhibit any true lambic qualities, to the point i toyed with adding it as a fruit beer, but i’ll let the crew decide that. a hint of tartness (from the fruit) in the nose and flavor. also a hint of earthy hops. you can tell it’s beer, as opposed to fruit soda. the raspberry isn’t too sweet (it’s an unsweetened beer) but very prevalent. a nice fruit beer, just don’t expect lambic funk or sourness, cuz it ain’t there."

From a tap at the Sierra Nevada Beercamp across America. The pour is blood red and a sweet/sugary raspberry taste. chinchill (5226) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 8, 2014
On tap at the brewpub.
A: a very attractive red--orange color; clear with a very durable off-white head and patterned sticky lacing.
Aroma: wonderful mix of fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and bisquits.
Flavor: At first it is mildly sweet but, by mid-taste, a bit more tart, with mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Faint wood.
Feel: light+ body; Soft and smooth; medium carbonation.
O: excellent version of this Belgian style! obscurename (9) - - MAY 18, 2014 does not count
This is an excellent take on a lambic, deep red in color with wonderful raspberry flavor and essence. Women love it and so do men, endless beer cocktail possibilities and dessert as well! chickbeer44 (8) - - MAY 18, 2014 does not count
LOVE! Great raspberry aroma, fizzy and a beautiful pinkish red pour. Had it on tap at the brewpub. Made with 480 pounds of raspberries according to the beer menu. It shows! More please. patrick767 (4115) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Tap at the brewpub, fall 2013 - Pours ruby red with a strong raspberry aroma. It tastes sweet with tart raspberries. Bubbly and light to medium bodied, it has a lingering tartness. It’s good. I’m not specifically noticing he wild yeast here. The sugars may be overwhelming it, but regardless I enjoyed the beer.
