Had a cup on draft at PS1. Poured an extremely hazy gold with a thick, foamy white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and mild hops. Tasted sweet and a bit spicy, notes of orange and yeast, and slight hops. Finishes smooth with a crisp aftertaste. A good beer.

Can from Liz. Pours hazy orange gold with a slight off-white head. There’s a yeast/banana aroma. Maybe almost med body. There’s a lot of lemon and clove in the flavor - bubblegum also comes to mind - but any banana seems lost. This seems pretty far from a Kristallweizen. Maybe a hefeweizen crossed with a radler. Drinks better than many wheats.

Can shared at a tasting at Ido’s place. Slightly hazy golden. Nice aroma with fruity esters, citrus notes, light lactic notes, a bit of brett and funky olive notes. Sweetish-sourish flavor with fresh fruits and pleasant funk. Medium-bodied. Nice and refreshing, but I’m not sure it’s supposed to be as sour and funky as it is.
