16oz can - pours pale amber with ivory head and decent lacing. Nose is resin and pine. Flavor adds pumpkin spice (or some other holiday spice), grass and caramel. moderate to heavy bitter with some sweetness. Metallic aftertaste. Added hoppiness does improve the style. Latent grapefruit aftertaste. hfmejias (1282) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - MAR 9, 2013
1 Pint Can. Poured a cloudy orange amber with a thick and foamy off white head. Aroma of citrus fruits and hops and hints of spices. Taste is quite consistent but mixed with some sweet maltiness and spices. Dry finish but very easy to drink and very enjoyable. Another good one from Sixpoint. jcr (2692) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Can. Amber body with a frothy off-white head. Lots of hops in the aroma: Grapefruit, orange, resin. Notes of toasted grain and dough. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. There’s some nice sweet citrus tastes in the flavor, but they’re overwhelmed by the bitterness.

Amber with a creamy slowly dissipating taupe head. Aroma of citrus and spices with floral hops, grains and orange peel. Taste is mild with pale malt, spices, nuts, some citrus and a touch of burnt malt. Some bitterness and okay overall. Finally caught up again on my ratings, time to fall behind again… ganache (5848) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Tall can, not exactly fresh here in February, but we’ll see how it goes. Nose explosively hoppy and they obviously dry-hopped the S out of it. Pours a deep, bright orange (as if mixed with a few drops of blood) and supports a large and wonderfully frothy off-white head. Taste is relatively dry and medially bitter, a little more than expected, weak malt in a classic medium body, though the smoothness is nice. I like the musty, earthy tones here and it certainly still tastes fresh. Weirdest thing here is the metallic flavor, and I’m drinking this from a glass -- either the canning department has a problem or the brewery side does. No pumpkin here and the ginger/spice is minimal -- this is just an IPA. Patrickctenchi (6548) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JAN 10, 2013
Slightly hazy amber, with a tall, parchment head.
Bright and spicy hop aroma.
Taste is a strong herbal bitter, leaves, malt, earth.
A nice one. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JAN 7, 2013
Amber in color, thin white head. Interesting herb aroma. Lots of spices in the finish and flavors. This was a big hoppy beer. cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - DEC 28, 2012
On tap at Dexters, pours a clear copper with a lingering head and spotty lacing, the aroma is of slight spices with a lot of earth and dirt notes coming through, the flavor is of spices on the front end with a slight hop finish, pretty different.
