Pours a cloudy golden color with bumpy layer of froth. The smell is fresh and intoxicating, like a meadow full of spring flowers. Apricot, mango, candied orange. A light hint of coriander and clove marries this wonderful tropical bouquet together. On the palate it is equally delicious, dryer than expected, but pleasantly so. The light hoppy bitterness balances perfectly with mild sourness of unripe apricots and the sweetness of honeysuckle nectar. Juicy, refreshing, extremely drinkable.

Draft at Farmhouse Tap and grill. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Solid tart notes on the nose and tongue. Kind of boring otherwise.

Draft at Salud. Clear golden color. Aroma of subtle grassy lemon. Taste is very subtle lemon. Almost nothing to this one.

mansquito (7310) - Nueva York, New York, USA - MAY 26, 2017
Precious Metal on draft: pours gold with a small head. Aroma is very light given the lacto, but its there, slight albeit. Taste is slightly sour... super lightly so. Slight fruitiness. Very easy to drink... surprisingly so.

3.9
glennmastrange (2949) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAY 6, 2017
Tap. Moderate grain and cereal for the malt, moderate pine for the hops, light to moderate barnyard for the yeast, with a hint of peach in the background. Head is average sized, frothy turning wispy, white, with fair lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy light to medium amber. Flavor starts moderately acidic, then the long finish is moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation. Nice Saison with perfect saison balance.

Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 25, 2017
The aroma has a touch of sour and a touch of old fruit. In the mouth it’s got a beautiful bread flavor, like the crust of some real artisanal shit. The sourness is pretty laid back. It leaves a nice smooth coating in the mouth. There is something just a tiny butt off about the aroma, otherwise I like it.

deyholla (12707) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 11, 2016
On tap. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong lemon with a sour note underlying and a hint of citrus. Flavor has lots of bitter lemon with a sour kick and some light grains supporting.
