Pours a clear golden amber color with lots of streaming bubbles. There is a two finger off white head that left some good lacing around the glass. The aroma is orange tangerine peel, pineapple, grapefruit, very tropical and sweet with some dank floral hop resin notes in there as well. The flavor is sweet and citrusy up front but the dank hops and pine resin come through on the back end to even it out. The mouthfeel is medium to full and drinkability is low even though the alcohol doesnt come through in the flavor much.

From the can with a Best By date of 12 Jul 2017. Attractive amber, heady pour with decent clarity. The aroma has a mixture of sweet pale malts and fruity, floral hops. Also clean. Medium and smooth body. There is an interesting sweetness in the flavor that is quickly overtaken by the pine and bitter hop characters. Lightly lingering at the end.

Got in a BIF from Roguer. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 7/12/2017. Pours fairly crystal clear golden orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, light pine, honey, caramel, light toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/fruity hops and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, light pine, honey, caramel, light toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine/citrus peel/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, honey, caramel, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/fruity hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mildly warming for 10.5%, very well hidden ABV. Overall this is an outstanding DIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/fruity hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, thanks to the fairly tame bitterness. Very dank/juicy on hops with a sizable malt backbone; but never too sweet or heavy at all. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pours from a tall, thin can a mostly clear copper color with a white foam head that recedes to leave a white film with plenty of lacing. Nose is pine and citrus. Taste is much less boozy than I anticipated (especially reading other feedback). It has got some citrus and pine, but mostly goes to a hop bite - but it is overall pretty mellow. I like it - seems like a well balanced / crafted beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at home. Thanks Tunga. Pours clear copper, light white head. Aroma is hoppy, earthy, honey and caramel. Faint soapy bitterness in the aroma. Taste is earthy, pine, boozy, honey and toasted malts. Bitter, a bit of alcohol burn present on the palate. Not bad, a bit rough around the edges. The alcohol in this one really shows.

Can from Js. Pours a clear, gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Lots of citrus, grapefruit and sunny delight orange aromas. A little boozy, but as it warms it smooths out a bit. Light bitter finish. Nice stuff.

Tap at Sedona. Pours golden. Aroma of cat piss, pine, citrus. Flavor is heavy pine, alcohol, as in the rubbing kind, citrus, and grape. Yes, grape. I like to be able to taste beer and not just have the booze overpower it.

Draft - Pours a light amber, eggshell head. Aroma isnt as big as expected....bready, resin, traces of alcohol and dank. Still pretty inviting overall. The flavor is outstanding! A perfect marriage of dank, fruit, and pine. Very well balanced and addicting.
