Tap at Stags Head. This is nothing like the Little Wisco Pale Ale which was also on tap. Pours deep amber with foamy head. Tastes of toffee, caramel, malt, light hops, light citrus and pine. Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of malt, and some leaves. Poured very deep amber/copper in color with a medium-sized creamy, dense, tan head that diminished quickly but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Very good lacing. Lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, slight caramel, and a hint of hops. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Malt finish is lightly dry.
