3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Slender 12 oz can purchased as a Single at Pace-Hi Beer and Wine Shop in Columbus, Ohio. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a one inch light tan head. The aroma is resin bitterness, a hint of black licorice, and cracker malt behind that. The taste is pine juniper resin, turning to a weird honey sweet alcohol. Sweetness cloys a fair bit, detracting from the pleasant resin bitterness. The palate is medium bodied, low carbonation level, and finishing with the honey sweet booze. There were parts of this I liked, but the booze and sweet took away some enjoyment.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2018 Hazy/turbid golden/amber beer with a slight/medium off-white head. Medium aroma; taste starts medium/heavy sweet and ends slightly bitter and dry. Loads of malts, orange, tropical fruit and hops. Very good traditional IIPA. Holmen2 (4287) - NORWAY - JAN 2, 2018

Golden orange pour out of can with a fine creamy white head. Strong, oily, citrus aroma on the nose. A very palate forward smooth beer with enough bitterness to appease the hop head in you, but a nice smooth lingering finish. Kept tasting it and finding it a little more appealing with each sip. Strong and dangerous brew that drinks lighter than it's ABV. Paulpopilek (12) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 22, 2017
Very hoppy...another solid Double IPA. Pour out of can drink slowly or you might not know where you are

This is on tap at wexford pub at whole foods. Plenty of hops. Fragrance ok, light golden beer, and a distinct alcohol note. Dangerous. massivestone (1) - - DEC 18, 2017 does not count
Heavy IIPA that drinks like a much lighter beer. A sure winner for any IPA fan.
