Jack is back tasting at Bruce’s. Can liberated from Spoons by Paul - cheers. Very light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and airy and slightly dry. Fine carbonation. Floral start goes well with the lagerish malt. Touch of dry violets. Light dry finish with mild bitterness. Quite a floral pils.
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2011 Can with bros in a Brooklyn apartment. Pours a clearish, brown-gold with a medium, foam head. Nose gives off some grassy hops and sweet malts. Flavor is quite sweet, sugary with dough, some grass bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finish has quiet bitterness, sticky and sweet with sugary bread. Not bad overall.
