16 Oz. Can. Pours clear, golden with a nice white head. Aroma of fruits, flowers and honey combined with some hints of hops. Taste is sweet, fruits and honey combined with hops and malts, Very tasty, and refreshing a light bitter finish.

Pour is a hazy straw with a large white head. Aroma is a nice doughy pils malt with more of a herbal hop. Flavor is a nice a super dry biscuit malt. I did not get much in the way of hops with this. The finish is dry and clean with no remnants of it after the swallow. This is ok, a bit too malt forward and dry to give it a higher score.

Canned and draft @ Brouwcaf de Molen. Pours a clear golden beer with a medium sized, bright white head on top. Aroma is typical bottom fermentation, some skunky notes, grainy notes, a moderate hoppy note. Just ok. Flavor is a bit boring and watery, light bitter and hoppy. Canned is much better in my opinion, way fuller in mouthfeel and palate, more bitter and less skunky. Carbonation is fairly high, aftertaste medium long and light bitter. Conclusion, draft is meh, canned is ok.

Slightly cloudy straw colored beer with an enormous foamy bright white head. Nose of lemon, sweet cereal grain, and a bit of refined sugar. Flavor is bright and crisp with lemon and corn finished with some musky hops. Nice pilsner with quite a bit of flavor.

Split a can with a friend. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light biscuit malts, light grassy notes, some mild earthy notes. Flavor was what you should expect from a light crisp lager. Decent biscuit malts.

12 oz. can, consumed on 1-16-17. Pours a clear bronze with a large amount of cream to light taupe-colored head. Good, thick lacing. The head and lacing look nice, the liquid ordinary. Dry and floral noble hops aroma. Really nice if simple hops aroma. Nice, dry if simple taste features both fresh grass and dry hay flavors. A touch of dry grapefruit. Lightly bitter aftertaste. Light body. Soft in the palate. Lively and somewhat crisp, but the softness works against the crispness. Reasonably refreshing. If anything, despite the name, this beer has below average crispness for a pilsner, and crispness is one of the things I like best about the style. Smells and tastes pretty good if simplistic in those areas. Good lacing as well. Disappointing though decent in the palate. Overall, an average to slightly above average pilsner with a lot of hops.

The beer has a nice light amber color. It is more orange than most pilseners. The beer has a nice cloudiness. On top of the beer a nice layer of soft, but rough foam is poured. The bulk of the foam collapses quickly, leaving a thin soft drape. The looks are more of an IPA than of a pilsener. The smell of the beer is nice. It is a bit mild though. It is again more like an IPA than a pilsener. There are strong aromas of hops. There are some delicious citrusy and slightly floral aromas. There are also some nice malty rather sweet aromas, enhancing the hops. The beer is in good balance. Nice. The taste of the beer is the same: more like an IPA and less like a pilsener. There is a lovely hoppy bitterness, containing fruity citrus aromas, with quite a zesty bitterness. Malts are a bit milder. The palate is good. Medium light body, high carbonation and a short, crispy finish containing nice hops. Lovely.

Tap @ Kromme Haring, 25 cl sample. Modern lager. Prima.
