Can at Momofuku in Toronto. A surprise to find this on the menu at a Toronto restaurant, as Sixpoint has never had any beer available up there previously - brought in as a private order, I guess. Pours a beautiful clear orange-gold with a snow white head that a lot of lacing. Aroma is excellent - sweet and bready malt, floral hops, a suggestion of lemon balm, all in balance. Crisp and clean body, just as the name suggests. Flavour is lovely, with floral, grassy & all-around snappy hops coming to the forefront without being too aggressively better. Maybe my surprise at finding it in an unexpected place has skewed my rating up by a couple of points, but it’s still one of the best lagers I’ve had in ages.
Sampled at the P house, clearish straw golden with medium sized head. Aromas and flavor of spicy hops, florals, cardboard, light pine, and lager. Light to medium in body TBone (17699) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2017
Tap at Sori Taproom. Golden-amber colour, small white head. Grainy, citric aroma. Light-bodied. Citric feeling, grain, malts. Dissapointing. Not in ok condition I believe. jookos (6875) - FINLAND - JUL 26, 2017

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170725) The beer poured deep golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, herbal and bitter. A bit weird pils. Not my thing. And not crisp. 12 oz can, white bread crust and crackery malt character with moderate floral spicy hops in both flavor and aroma. Strong hop bitterness at 44 IBU is a little more than I want in a pils, but it is definitely crisp with a very dry clean finish Speko (424) - DENMARK - JUN 25, 2017

There is no beautifier of complexion, or form, or behavior, like the wish to scatter joy and not pain around us. Crisp Lager has nothing to hide behind - no makeup to cover up any flaws. Raw ingredients and their essence, full and unabated...uninhibited...CRISP.

Full body, assertive flavors, bright and well carbonated palate, medium heat, long but indistinct finish.
Bitter but well balanced by malty and sweet tastes.
Aggressively hoppy, resiny, malty.
Delicious, give me one.
