Seriously hazy, golden-orange pour, with big sticky white head. Not a sticky beer, mind you. Aromas of crisp citrus and grassy earth, followd by wheaty-cereal. Flavors are light and crisp with citrus and floral-earthiness coming out front with moderate bitterness. Finishes with an incredibly transparent cereal-grain flavor that is beautiful. Crisp and light body, medium-dry finish. really enjoyable and refreshing. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAR 25, 2012
Draft at blue monk, big aggressive citrusy hop aroma, grapefruit abound, piney forest. Piney citrusy bitterness. Big hop finish, really good IPA IMO DocLock (10652) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 17, 2012
Draft at Craft. Pours turbid dark straw with 1-finger clingy off-white head. Nose is tangerine, juicy pineapple, honeydew, and black pepper. Tastes of big tropical fruit, tangerine, pineapple, black pepper, that rich complex citra finish, and an overall delicious beer. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 9, 2013
On draft at 1808 in Columbus. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is amazing- great citra fruit, pineapple, mango, tropical fruit, papaya, and all manner of goodness. Flavor is light on those, but they are still prominent. A nice bit of caramel followed by some tropical fruit and some bitterness. Light to medium in body and a nice citra beer overall. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 17, 2012
Draught at Whole Foods Devon: Aroma of Citra hops, lemon, grass, pine, lemon/lime, and a hint of caramel malt. Poured amber in color with a small to medium-sized, creamy, dense, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Full of small and medium-sized particles throughout. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, pine, Citra, resin, and grass. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, citra, hop, grass, resin finish is dry.

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium creamy white head...nice lacing. Aroma has nice sitrus and stonefruits...just a hint of a buttery note. Flavor has mango and peach...a bit of spicy grapefruit...faint butter. Mouthfeel is light/medium and lively with a bitter/spicy citrus finish. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 3, 2012

In short: A fun fruity blond IPA. Good execution in simplicityDogbrick (12936) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 2, 2013
How: Tat at some white-trash bar in Tannersville NY (not listed on ratebeer) during their post-Tap-NY 2012 special Sixpoint event
The look: Cloudy golden-blond body topped by a persistent small off-white head
In long: Nose is tropical fruits butt this time without the cat urine that I oftern associate to Citra beers. Taste is clean full body with somewhat of a wheaty backbone sensation. Fun full body with a good carbonation. Hoppy is tropical fruits, grapefruits, maagoes and such… Everything is a bit toned down, this not a bouquet of hops or a bitterness bomb, this is a very quaffable brew. I liked it. Another pint of beer I had after a day of heavy drinking at the Tap-NY 2012 festival… just once I’d like to know what it’s like to go to a beer festival and not get totally drunk. But only just once though, all the other ones I want to get totally drunk .
Sample at 1808 American Bistro. Hazy orange color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Above average overall. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - FEB 4, 2014
Growler. Pours a hazy gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Very pleasant aroma of fruity grapefruit, quite strong. Some notes of pine and sweet malt present as well, but clearly dominated by grapefruit. The flavor falls back a bit with malt with a touch of sweetness followed by a wash of borderline harsh hops bitterness. A bit too much for me. I popped a few Tums later as this beer gave me heartburn. Medium bodied.
