COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Spice of Life is Glacier – a richly complex hop of English and German origins. It was earthy, herbal, woody, and gently evocative of fruit and citrus. Very European in style, it’s all about subtlety and complexity.

Draft at Maloneys. Poured a cloudy orange/amber body with a smaller foamy whiteish head. Aroma of dirty rotting oranges, hop syrup, honey topped bread. Body is medium to fuller with softer carbonation. Flavor is earthy, slightly dirty, bitter hops, dry bread and a touch of lemon. Decent.

Pours unclear orange with a creamy white head and some nice lacing. Aroma brings citrus and some mango. Flavors bring some citrus and a tad of mint on a full body, nice and creamy even.

16oz on tap at Lackman, $5. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Good one-finger pillowy white head. Medium body. Smooth, lighter crisp carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Good lace. Hop profile is lightly grassy, moderate spice. Some orange-peel zest. Maybe a hint of kiwi? Some biscuity, lightly toasty malt. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Satisfying, pretty easy drinking IPA. It’s nice to try a showcase of the glacier hop... Not sure if I’ve ever even heard of that one, but it doesn’t seem to bad, despite being a little mild.
