I had this on tap at Great Bar Harry in Brooklyn, NY last night and I thought it was very easy to drink, but it wasn’t the magic I was hoping for, which was comfortably arrived at by a serving of Brownstone on cask. The Tripel looked good in its cloudy way and the first taste was marked by tangy fruits and light malt . (Draught) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of ginger, citrus, and light grass. Flavor of coriander, ginger, sweet malt, and hops with a bitter finish.
