Bottled. A pitch black beer with no head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wood, and alcohol, leading to a dry tobaccy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. joergen (29215) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 15, 2013

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Near black, brief head. Aroma of chilli and ginger. Sweetish with medium body and clean hard mouthfeel. Mostly chili and ginger flavour, notes of plastic. Moderate chili burn in the finish. Simplistic and shallow. fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 2, 2014

Dark brown color with no head. Appreciated aroma of spicy, chili coffee. Dry mouthfeel, well carbonated; basically roasted malt flavor, but the chili and spice combination makes it feel like a winter cake. Not my style but fairly brewed.
Keg at Coin-Op Game Room, SD, 12/11/14.
Black with a decent tan covering.
Nose is bitter roast, big green chilli and pepper tones, spice, coffee grinds, chocolate, sweet and sour.
Taste comprises light roast, cocoa rub, green peppers, spice, dark fruit rinds, curry leaf.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent stuff for style, retains the characteristics of a stout so I’d have under that style myself, bollocks to the chilli factor! rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 1, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget. Black beer eith a very quickly disappearing beige head. Malty chocolate aroma, chilli, caramel, some prunes. Chilli flavor, sweet, strange peppery, rather bad. Too much chilli and spices. Oakes (18756) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 6, 2015
Light brown. Aroma sort of explodes with cinnamon and jalapeño...uh... Why? That’s hatch...ok, what do hatch chiles have to do with mole? Ok so harsh chile and cinnamon. Again...what does this have to do with Mexico? This resembles none of the dozens of moles I’ve had in Puebla or Oaxaca. Just throwing stuff in a kettle for no reason.
