Pours a lightly hazy golden copper with a medium creamy/bubbly off white head that laced. Aroma of tea, light citrus notes, floral hops and a touch of sweet maltiness. Flavor of tea, grapefruit, light caramel and biscuit malt. Really well done pale ale. Love that it’s in a can and I can get it on a regular basis in Kansas!
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2017 Good - but almost over the top to me. Too much everything but sometimes I really just want that. Not an everyday brew for me but when I wand it... I want it Jabah (506) - Winter Park, Florida, USA - JUN 15, 2017
On clearance at Total Wine & More for $5/6-pack. Seems about average at best for the style. Not much aroma. Has a hazy medium orange to gold appearance. Medium malt and hops...ok balance. Drinkable...just not much exciting here. jjgmd (2212) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 10, 2017
Can. Pours a very dark deep copper rusty pour with a long lasting beige head. Nose is deep pine and resin and hoppy. Taste is bitter with deep pine and resin. Taste is bitter, hoppy with pine and resin, drinks like a WC IPA rather than an APA. Quaff Score 6 / 10 gyllenbock (9328) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 13, 2017
On tap at Small Bar, San Diego.
A bit hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, light malt and some caramel. Similar taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Wow, draft at freshcraft, pours a yuengling shade with small head. Clear copper. Smell and flavor are the sweetest malt, wood, dirty malt, and gross fruit. Medium bodied. God awful

Wow. Can’t figure out if it’s a strong pale ale, a weak barley wine or a hoppy amber. Whatever it is I like it. Surprisingly sweet with lots of orange and marmalade from the Golding hops. Didn’t know they had it in them! Great spicy aroma and lingering bitterness. Guess it’s a winter beer for the sweetness but I’ll have it any time of the year. andrepintado (3544) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - JUL 10, 2016
33cl can. Dark orange to brown color. Thin medium beige head. Taste is medium bitter, light sweet. Aroma is malt, piney, hop, orange. JohnRMurdoch (4986) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 5, 2016
12oz can from Valhalla’s Goat. Orange brown, reasonable head. Spicy toffee hop aroma. Creamy malty hop flavour. Bitter sweet aftertaste. More an amber than a pale ale. A bit too syrupy sweet and malty for me. Evilkniamhel (1025) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 3, 2016
