Bottle from Systembolaget. This is my definite favorite in this release. Very nice fruity hoppy aroma with lots of grapefruit and citrus, lifted by a caramel malty body. The bitterness is also very nice and lasted a long time. However it seems to differ in quality. The first bottles I got where amazing, so I ran and bought 6 more bottles and they differed from around 3/5 to 4/5. Some of the bottles had lost hop aroma and also felt a bit overly alcoholic. I can live with getting a couple of bottles that aren’t quite up to my expectations, just as long as I get some more of the great ones, but at least I’ve warned you. hirigalzkar (3294) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2011
Bottle. DId not like this one. The balance is just not here. Its thin but has still got that medicinal hop bitterness. brekeriet (139) - SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2011
Bottle. Fruity, citrusy, piney, malty, raisiny, alcoholic and Madeira aroma. Nice appearance, amber. High bitterness, à bit too sharp. À Little unbalanced in taste. Medium-full body and harsh in palate. Overall à nice ipa with very pleasant aroma. LoFi (1763) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2011

Trevlig och fruktig humledoft, smakar gräs och frukt med fin balans mot humlan. Lagom lång eftersmak. Rätt så trevlig

Bottle. Clear amber/orange colour with a white head. Aroma of bitter hops, chemicals and caramel malt. Flavor of citrus, grass, caramel, pine, chemicals. Bitter finish. rollinsr (834) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - FEB 25, 2011
Had this on a backcountry skiing trip in Silverton, CO (right down the road from the Ska Brewery in Durango). Very inviting citrus hop aroma with light hints of malt character. Pours a nice rich golden color. Good bitter citrus taste with a crisp and refreshing finish for a substantial IPA. Wolfenkopf (193) - Villa Park, Illinois, USA - FEB 24, 2011
The aroma is of caramel-like malt and intense, flamboyant hops. The brilliant smell hurries one to take the first swig. The head is almond in color and quite fluffy, sticking around for awhile. The brew is gold with orange tint..The flavor is very well balanced with malt and hops. The bitterness that the hops are certainly capable of is tamed by notes of caramel and a hint of vanilla. Brilliantly tasty. The palate is tormented by carbonization only for an instant before the malt and hops take over to form a pleasant aftertaste. Great IPA. gunnar (9923) - Sandnes, NORWAY - FEB 24, 2011
Shared can with Kai at Henrik, Bergen. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of lemons and some grapefruit. Taste is fresh pineforest, light cat piss, very bitter oranges. Long bitter aftertaste. One dimentional- too bitter.
