Bottle. Dark copper, thin head. Hoppy nose of citrus and grass. Tastes of strawberry, more grass, some pineapple. Feels a tad watery but the nice, dry, lingering finish saves the day. Top notch! gyllenbock (9160) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 22, 2011
Amber with a medium white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit and some malt. Quite bitter and sweet taste with fruit, some nuts and malt.

Pours a deep amber colour with a thick head. Lychees and gooseberries on the nose. Flavour is very bitter and has notes of fresh sawdust, resin and pine.
Somewhere in Chicago: Pours a good copper color with an off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops and sweet malts. I wasn’t as annoyed by the supposed sweetness of this beer as other people were. For me it was a pretty standard, but very well made IPA, without verging into the territory of hop slaughter. I felt as though it had a good body and a pretty good balance of flavor, so while the sweetness was there, to me, it complimented the other flavors. Not all IPAs have to be brutal, bitter bombs. 355ml Bottle - Copper with a small head. Pine, toffee, grapefruit and nuts in the aroma. Rather bitter, hoppy and tangy taste with notes of grapefruit, biscuity malt and toffee. The bitterness seems to fade in the finish and replaced with a slight sweetness.

355ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki, American Weeks 2011)gnoff (10336) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - FEB 20, 2011
6 Very typical sweet fruity hops, and sweet biscuity malts.
4 Coppery, small head.
6 Sugar-dominated, but a decent bitterness too.
3+ Slick and sticky. Fortunately the hops hold out for a nice bitter finish.
12 Pretty OK US IPA, but suffering from the slick sugariness that pancake and syrup munchers on the other side of the pond seem to like.
355 ml bottle thanks to rickgordon who got it from Systembolaget. Sampled on February 19, 2011lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 20, 2011
Hazy copper color, smallish off-white head. Sweet, lemon, hoppy, citrus, bread, malty scent. Some wet dish rag too. Sweet, sort of thin, bitter taste. Dry bitter aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, high bitterness.

Pours a clear copper colour without a head. Aroma of sweet fruits, citrus and American hops. Flavour of sweet hops, caramel, hay, syrup and pine needles. Medium bodied with a pleasant bitter finish. A sweet IPA without too much hops. 8-3-7-4-15 3.7
Fresh 355 ml can, numerous times.
Big piney aroma with moderate amount of caramel. Flavour is very bitter with piney, chewy, grapefruity notes. Very drinkable. The bitterness kicks in hard. Brilliant stuff. 8-3-8-4-16
Bottle (355 ml) from Systembolaget. Clear amber, medium off-white head. Mild Sierra Nevada-style citric and piey hop aroma wih some light caramelly malts. Medium bodied and smooth. Well balanced. ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - FEB 19, 2011
Can @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours a clear, deep orange body with a medium, short-lasting creamy off-white head. Nose is great: resin, pine, grapefruit and apricot, with hints of peaches, melon and oranges. Sooo much fruit! Me like. Taste is resinous grapefruit tones, hints of peaches, caramel and some sour-ish malty tones that I do not quite get. OK mouthfeel. The taste in general falls short of the initial promise of "awesomeness-in-a-can", but this is nevertheless an original and well-made IPA.
