COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Maybe you’re not in the mood for a raspberry flavored, low carb, ice, dry maltsicle, and you certainly aren’t in the mood for a Rotgutzen. You are, however, always in the mood for a Pinstripe. Brewed with caramel malts and Liberty hops, the Pinstripe has a slight fruity finish and dance.

from BrewDog’s online shop - clear copper-amber beer with no foam left; caramel and red fruits in the nose; light earthy; quite velvety palate, moderately carbonated and fairly tasty; a decent bitterness; dry and earthy finish with notes of red fruits

12oz bottle thanks to peterhazelton. Waiting to go to dinner for my anniversary. Reservations at 7:00 and it's now 6:55, and a 45 min drive to the restaurant! WTF!!! Damn women! Pours dark golden color with a quickly dissipating off white head. Grainy aroma of light citrus, and grass. Taste is also grainy, slightly yeasty, rotted citrus, grass, and toasted malt.

I get the stale (not in a bad way) caramel taste with dried fruit in the malt. Pretty good for the class of beer.

Nice color, smooth to the lips. Not much aroma to write home about. Flavor profile not that complex, but still solid.

Yorker (2006) - Herning, DENMARK - SEP 7, 2013
35 cl bottle @ home. Pours clear amber with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is caramel, straw, and fruit. Flavour is much like the aroma – with a slightly bitter finish.

Idiosynkrasie (7533) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 23, 2013
355ml bottle. Clear amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Caramel malty aroma, a touch of orange and orange zest, minimally piney, hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, slighty chalky, metallic, very cautious fruity hints of strawberry.
