Loose bottle from Sam’s Wines, Downers Grove. Definitely the American brewpub style of blond ale. Pours a big rocky head. Yellow body, kind of hazy with lots of floaties. Crisp and kind of lemony, with that bit of honey peeking through. Basic noble hop component. A good beginner’s craft beer. Date notch says it was bottled in October, so it’s held up OK.

Pours from 12oz bottle(bottled the 4th week of March) a clear light gold with almost no foam. There's just a few islands and a ring around the glass with a bit of lacing.

The smell is very sweet. Caramel malt, candy sugar, something else?

The taste on first sip has some graininess to it and notes of bread but there's what I'd describe as saltiness to it that I don't find very appealing at all. Further sips in and the saltiness from my initial sips seems to have subsided leaving me with a much more refreshing, tasty brew. The finish is a bit on the watery side but over all, this is a pretty good blonde ale.

Bottom line: A pretty tasty blonde ale but I doubt I'd put it on my regular rotation if it was available locally.

355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Very pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Fairly strong and sweetish fruity and grassy aroma, notes of artificial candy. The flavour has also some sweetness, but not as much as the aroma made med fear. Crisp with decent hops, but unfortunately again with hints of artificial candy. Overall disappointing, this brewery can do better.

Aroma; caramel malt flour meadow. Look; off white head, clear yellow gülden body. Taste; mild malt, wet grain, caramel note, cloth, leaves, dust, grass, bread - diluted finish. Feel; mild. Overall; too modest. [with [email protected]/Gatefest Tromsø 12aug2017 43427]

Can on the Silverton to Durango train. Wheaty, with a little sweetness. Crisp, refreshing. Nice.

Can shared by Whitney on the Silverton train. Really a nice, flavorful blond ale that had honey sweetness plus light hoppy bitterness. Better than expected.

Hazed golden pour, with a white head. Grain, corn, and lightly floral. Light bodied, easy drinking. Ok.
