Can from Drinkmonger. Black body with a thin beige head that fades. Light lacing. Aroma of After Eight chocolate mints and vanilla ice-cream. Flavour of mint-choc-chip ice-cream. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft carbonation. A great beer for the end of a night - but I couldn’t have more than a pint. This is much better than it could have been. madmitch76 (26850) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2013

Opaque dark brown beer, little pale tan head. Soft and smooth palate, airy and semi dry. Light tangy dark malts. Touch of dark chocolate and sweetish vanilla. Dominant flavour is smooth spearmint! Finishes smooth and semi dry. Tangy spearmint aftertaste. Hangs together well.
12 oz. can. Rating from notes. Pours a rich black pour with a fluffy tan colored head. Aroma of mint, chocolate, thin mint girl scout cookies, not much else. Flavor is strong mint, strong milk chocolate. That’s about it. It’s like drinking a girl scout cookie. Which is fine, but it gets tiresome on the palate. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. Overall, meh. dfinney23 (3424) - Houston, Texas, USA - OCT 23, 2013
Looks like a typical stout. Aroma of chocolate and mint, as is the taste. Great dessert beer, if you’re into that sort of thing. Certainly unique. bwa5879 (963) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - OCT 18, 2013
Pour like espresso, a bit of cola colored head on top. Aroma is pepperming, spearmint, and sweet chocolate. Good scent for dessert, very unique for a stout. Low carbonation, thin body, clean finish. Flavors of spearmint/root beer, peppermint, sweet chocolate. Not too bad, would be great during the christmas season and only a few at that, mostly a novelty to me.

Very dark with lasting mocha coloured head and lots of lace. Aromas of chocolate and mint. Smells better than it tastes, medium mouthfeel but very herbal concoction, improving as warms because more bitter chocolate. Too much mint.
Extra in trade. Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 9, 2013
One of the a few beers I could only handle a few sips. This is a peppermint stout which tastes awful. The worst combination ever.

Tap at Fresh Craft, Denver. Poured a deep mahogany with no head at all. The aroma is unsurprisingly mint and chocolate. After Eight for anyone who knows what that is. The flavour is medium bitter with a fresh mint chocolate slightly watery palate. A really different and unusual beer.

On draft at Fresh Craft in Denver. Pours a dark cola brown with a fading tan head. Mint chocolate nose and flavor. Not overly sweet and fairly light bodied, but plenty of flavor. Slight bitter finish. kermis (15154) - The Hague / Amsterdam / Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 8, 2013
Draft sampled at Fresh Craft, Denver. Pours near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of mint and chocolate, like "after 8" mints I would have as a kid. Brilliant! This is also present in the flavour, moderate sweet and bitter but unfortunately fading into a slightly weird aftertaste. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
