Tap at the brewpub. Pours amber gold with a white head. Aroma is sort of citrus with light malt. Med body. Flavor is mild toasty malt plus citrus. Maybe an earthy note. It is decently bitter. SpongeRuiner (1114) - Michigan, USA - OCT 4, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Pretty decent pale. Wasn’t as good as the salmon sandwich I got at the brewery though. mike67 (1227) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 30, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy amber with white head. Aroma is of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and ripe fruit. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is a perfect balance of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and some fruity notes. Finish is long and balanced. Nice, delicious pale ale. Tmoney99 (14769) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 8, 2013
Draft. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate floral hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. nbutler11 (1267) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2011
Rating from my backlog. On tap at the brewery. Pours yellow with a white head. Smells and tastes of peaches, cotton, and rice. Fair.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Nose is earthy and some citrus. Taste is earthy and citrus. Mouthfeel is resinous with some bitterness. Not bad. dkoonce (911) - People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA - AUG 17, 2009
On tap, of course, at the brewpub. Light, with a heavy hop bite. Almost over hopped, with a bitter finish that ruins the experience. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 21, 2008
[1652-20080903] Tap. Mild pine yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light brown yellow body with quick white bubbles. Light floral yeast and pine needles flavour. Medium body is a little rough. Not as bitter as the amber, oddly.

2008-09-03. Slightly hazy dark yellow body with a small white head. Mild aroma is lightly yeasty, very mild fruit and hops. Flavour is similarly mild, with a pale malt base and fairly light bitterness. Average palate. Decent but on the bland side - the amber had more hops in it! On tap at the brewpub

An average ale, how ever the hop choice is rather different and pretty good. There are some off flavors from the yeast, almost lager notes. I found this to be true in a few of their beers and I wonder if it comes from the cold temperatures that they have to brew in. Great aroma.
