Bottle. Deep gold with a medium head. Citrus fruit and hop aroma. Dry sourness running through the flavour which overpowers the honey background. Bitter finish.

Bottle 0.5L, Distinct aroma of an IPA with hops, not to fruity but interesting. Pale and clear apperance. The taste is a bit oily which makes the beer a bit hard to drink actually. The bitterness balances the beer´s kind of worty sweetness. All in all a basic not so to interesting IPA, but the oily palate makes it almost undrikable.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2010 500 ml bottle. 6.3%. From København, Denmark.
Hazy pale golden colour with small white head. Mild sweet fruity hoppy aroma with some sugary notes. Flavour is mild fruity hoppy and malty. Not really a bitter IPA. Very mild but fruity. Drinkable but boring.

Flaske 0,5l på DFDS "Queen of Scandinavia" mellom Oslo og København 18 Feb 10. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som flater helt ut. Forsiktig aroma med appelsin & aprikos. Smaken er også litt forsiktig men med tydelig sitruspreg. Svakt syrlig bitterhet i ettersmaken. En bra IPA.

Pours amber with a small head. Aroma is unremarkable. Very unbalanced body; extremely bitter without the fullness to pull it off.

The pour and appearance of this beer did not impress, a hazy amber color that even with a relatively vigorous pour produced a thin, vapid head that dissipated quickly to almost nothing. The aroma is more notable and interesting, with fruity and grainy notes, floral and mild citrus hoppiness, a hint of caramel and dish soap. The flavor was another step up for me, this one is both interesting and pleasant. Starting with a toasty and biscuity malt flavor that’s a bit earthy, enhanced by hints of very ripe summer fruits, more citrus including lemon zest and tangerine, along with flavors of astringent dark green herbs and light resins. The mouthfeel is nice, medium body, mildly prickly and a slight stickiness in the lingering finish.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel malts, berries, some honey and fruits. Flavour is bready and caramel malts along with spices and fruits. OK IPA.

Bottle. Poured a dark gold with a white head. Aroma was a bit faint for an IPA, I picked up some pine and floral notes, as well as an unpleasant cleaning supply/soap note. Flavor was basic with a bit of floral and pine notes.
