Draught at Akkurat.
Dark brown, copperish body, with a big, fluffy, rocky, lacing, beige head.
Aroma of bitter chocolate, coffee, cocoa, dark fruits, some liquorice.
Tastes pretty similar.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes roasty, bitter, dry, subtly sweet, with coffee, cocoa powder, dark chocolate.
Nice one. Easy to drink, but still robust, with nice dry, roasty notes. Good example of the style, really solid.
On tap, Akkurat. Almost black colour, white head, looks the part. Nice dry bitter roasty flavours with a medium finish. Flavoursome, easy to drink, well made, solid beer. Leini (2079) - SWEDEN - DEC 13, 2016

Beige head, dark mahogany body. Malty nose, dark fruits, chocolate, prune, almond, sweet coffee note. Taste is malty, with plum, prune, sweet coffee, caramel - leading to a finish with dark bread, caramel - the fruity way. Good feel and good body, soft carbo. Very likeable quaffable stout.
Tap @ Akkurat. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 250716 mjs (7814) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 6, 2016
(Keg at Olivet Twist, 20160325) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts and grass. Palate was watery and less than medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, creaminess, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A brew that would have been better had it had less carbonation. The drinkability was not good now. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 24, 2015

, Stockholm. Deep brown colour with a beige small longlasting head. Aroma is mild ashes, chocolate, some toffee and mild toasted notes. Flavour is sweet roasted malts, chocolate, some mild coffee and some rather ashy notes in the finish.
Tap, Akkurat, Stockholm, 31/10/15. Appears pitch by candlelight draped with beige. Nose good sooty burnt pistachio; lactic, carob, rust and chocolate notes. Well balanced discreet bramble and ash. Juicy and smoked with a cask-like thickness. Some chilled cocoa. Ashy linger. Really good stout.
