Perspicuous hop cheese perfumes permeate the pallor and propose citrusy poise with piney undercurrents...Worty soils don’t mingle well with the heterogenous Hersbrucker and create discomfort...Meek metallic movements mar even more the mellow misdirections... pootzboy (1739) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 9, 2004
Contract brewed by the Cool Beer company for Skeena Brewing company. Their website advertises this as a "German style" beer with a good hop character at 5.9% ABV this is like a strong continental pilsner style.
Poured a gold-bronze color with a 1 finger rocky white cap with better retenetion than the mega brewed Pilsners....goes to a lace and ring that stay a while . Seems fairly lively in the glass with fine carbonation. Nose is slight but hop pronounced with musty grain undertones. Starts a bit fizzy but the grainy malts are decernable under the carbonation peppering the tongue....nice blend (but mild) hop notes in the quick finish...slight sour-grainy after taste. If they use corn to get this to 5.9%AVB it’s not detectable...seems like an all malt lager (I could be wrong). However it is another lager that is not bad but nothing stands out about it....better than the local mega lagers but just barely. joeycapps (1468) - Waterdown, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 4, 2004
Pale gold w/ fizzy white head. Rather pungent sweet (cooked corn) & slightly sour (vinegar) aroma. Light, highly carbonated feel. Flat, sweet, malty flavour w/ some mineral & alcohol notes. Quick finish. Radek Kliber (7362) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 3, 2004
Aroma of dirty mop with some sticky sweet aroma. Bland gold lager . Sweet, highly carbonated, medium light malt accented. Better than aroma was promising. Thanks Doug! daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 16, 2004
Light golden with a fizzy foamed head. Thick candyish malt smell - sweet with a slightly roasted hint. The body is extremely spritzy, almost unbearably so. Has a mild body of sweet, hollow malt. Goes nowhere and is quick and dry.

Mild malt aroma, and some foral hops too, golden amber, pours a large rocky white head, with some nice lace. Stale malt taste, medium bodied, some bitterness. Poor offering. Thanks to CapFlu for the heads up!
