Bottle on holiday in Cornwall. Clear darkish gold with a medium off white head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, malts, lemons. Flavour is malty, fruity, quite surprised that this was pretty pleasant.

.5l bottle, thanks BalkanMac. At Belgrade tasting. Pale gold and brown, tiny head. Golden grains, very clean and flavorful. Great bitter body. Excellent for style. Quite sweet, lovely.

Pours clear light amber, almost no foam. Nose of grassy notes, smoked bacon and malts. Mouth of bitterness, malts, a bit watery but nice feeling of smoked bacon mixed with malty notes. Good beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Really nice, softly textured bitter. Lovey fresh hops, a bit tangy, citric, with a definite bitterness, Lots of flavour for a beer with only 4% alcohol. Smooth and uncomplicated, but somehow, really works for me.

Not bad as far as bitters go. Its got some malt and various citrus like fruits in the taste, just a shame its a bit thin and watery. Definitely drinkable but nothing to get excited about.

500ml bottle in Cot Valley, Cornwall. Clear darkish amber, small head retained. Nice sweet malt/toffee aroma. Flavour classic bitter, good dry hoppiness, decent bite, bit grassy, decent firm carbonation but not too much. Solid ale.

Clear chestnut brown, thin white head; hoppier than expected - grapefruit, lemon alongside solid biscuity malt; nice dry, bitter finish; a clean and well-balanced session bitter.
