Only a slight criticism but I do not like the label. Looks like one of those crap smutty postcards from the seaside. Might be intentional but I don’t like it. Nice citrus finsh without being flowery which often puts me off Enlgish beer. Decent enough, not bad. tampierre (1427) - Pilsen, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAR 30, 2013
Bottled ; Devon ; UK ; Cereal, yeast, floral and citrus aroma ; Golden color with smaller head ; Medium sweet and bitter taste ; Lighter body ; Some bitter finish ; Pretty good. planky84 (3493) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2014
Bottle from the brewery shop. Gold pour with a white head. The aroma reminds me of banana toffos (bastards don’t make ’em any more!) with a splash of caramel and strawberry. Low carbonation. Citrus, caramel and soft fruit flavours. Fruity finish. CEZ (420) - Milano, ITALY - OCT 17, 2003
[WARNING: the beer I sampled was on sale because it was approaching its "best by" expiration date. I don't know if fresher bottle may have tasted different.]
Light orange colour, slightly cloudy. Short head, no carbonation. Fresh aroma - citrus and hops. Taste is lightly sweet (white grapes); hops reappear in the finish. Anyway, the body is a bit too watery for these flavors to be fully appreciated.

Cask conditioned @ Giddy Bridge (JDW), Soton (27/07/05). Despite a recent refurbishment at this JDW they are up to their old trick of running cask lines through the lager chiller, personally I dont like my beers that cold even lagers, but anyway. Zesty hops, yeast and a light fruity bite. Fairly pleasant but would benefit from a cleaner more assertive profile.

Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mainly wood, some spices and a bit of wheaty notes. Flavour is the same, and quite watery to the palate.
Hazy yellow with a medium sized, lasting white head. Lemon aroma, some wheat and hay. Sweet and grainy flavour. fonefan (52351) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2008
Bottle 50cl.harrisoni (19534) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2005
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheaty, citric, light buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (220808)
Cask at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Well this won’t be worrying our continental cousins in terms of wheat beer. Blond citrus and hoppy with some lemon and some banana fruit with a dry hoppy finish but none of the other traits you would expect from a white beer. Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, oranges, and fruity yeasty notes as well as an acidic edge. The flavor is acidic with light notes of malt, flowers, and honey, leading to a dry finish. The body is light. Thanks fonefan for sharing.
