COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottled;
By sourcing the best English hops including the exceptional Cascade, recently produced for the first time by English growers and combining them with the finest malted barley, we’ve made a beer that is high in complex aromatics, with floral, cedar and citrus notes, and a long bittersweet finish.

3.3
rodbod (436) - Motherwell, SCOTLAND - MAY 5, 2017
Bottle. Pours a hazy gold, with light froth/lacing. Nose is biscuity malt, a touch of roastiness, also a slight mineral or metallic note (which I generally associate with English hops). Taste is light biscuity malt, some fruity notes (yellow fruits, but not as tropical as new world hops would give), mid intensity bitterness. Palate is very clean and refreshing. I reckon this is the best Skinners beer I’ve tasted.

Bottle, golden with a thin lacing head, a little melon, butter and dry grass on the nose. Dry-sweet with hints of citrus and dry grass, a little light caramel and a drying bitterness.

kermis (14553) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 26, 2015
Bottle shared thanks to my sister. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of toffee, light malt and butterscotch. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

olliejobbins (1577) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2015
500ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is weak hops, grass, citrus and melon. Fruity and rewfrahing taste. Citrus at first, followed by light malts and a little caramel.

BeerNinjaUK (488) - Wiltshire, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2015
500ml bottle from Asda. Pours very pale straw yellow with smooth white head. Biscuity aroma with light sweet apple and pear scents. Taste is thin with less bitterness than expected for the style - slightly too honey sweet for my tastes. Flavours of honey and toast.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 4, 2015
